HOW TO BUY IN DEPORTIENDA?
All purchases must be carried out through our website: www.deportienda.es. Orders made by email or other means will not be accepted.
Purchasing in www.deportienda.es is simple. Simply browse the different categories of our catalogue and select the products you want by pressing the "add to basket" button. When you do not want to add more products to your order you must press the button "process order" and you will be prompted to enter your user data and password if already registered. Otherwise you will have to register as a user with your personal information including the delivery address and billing address if these differ, then confirm the purchase by entering directly into ABANCA's Virtual POS site or your PayPal account filling in your card details, which will be charged at that moment.
Deportienda guarantees the complete absence of all data related to your credit card on our servers at all times. The cards our system accepts are Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Maestro as well as payment through the PayPal system.
All transactions are made in Euros. The prices of the items in the shop include VAT. Once the order is completed, the system will indicate the total purchase amount, including tax and shipping charges. VAT invoices will be subject to purchases made with an EU shipping address (except Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla). Shipments to countries outside the EU are billed without VAT and the operation is considered an export.
Once the delivery of your order has been verified, you may go to your "Account History" where there is a link named "Download Invoice", from which you can your invoice for each order you have placed in PDF format.
Your orders/purchases in Deportienda are subject to Spanish Law.
Exchanges
You may exchange your product for another size or item within 14 days of receipt. Please note that the item must not be opened or worn, and must be returned in its original packaging. In this case, you "the Client" must pay the shipping costs.

Returns
We guarantee to fully refund any product (including delivery costs) for any faulty or incorrect item when you return it to us within 14 days of receipt. Deportienda will pay the shipping costs to return the item.
Faulty Items
Deportienda will fully refund (including delivery costs), faulty items in which we cannot send the same item in perfect conditions. Once you notice that the item is faulty, you must notify us at deportienda@deportienda.es with the following information: your order number, and a detailed description of the state of the item and the packaging in which the courier delivered it.
Do not return any faulty item without contacting us first so that we can inform you on how to proceed.
Incorrect deliveries
Deportienda will send the correct product and collect the incorrect one with the condition that it has not been open, used or worn. If the mistake was ours, Deportienda will pay for the return shipping costs.
Cooling-off period
In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations you can cancel your order at any time before the expiry of the period of 14 working days beginning the day following receipt of your order (unless it is a purchase of financial services, food, drink or other perishable products; DVDs, CDs or software which have been unsealed; magazines; or tailor-made / customised products). Order cancellations must be made in writing to Customer Services (deportienda@deportienda.es) quoting your order number. In this case, we will provide a full refund of the cost of the item and original delivery charge, but you must return the cancelled items to us at your cost.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You can track your order in "Account history" by logging into "My Account" on the top right corner of the screen. However, Deportienda will keep you informed via e-mail, until the order reaches its destination.
All data you provide, except for the credit card, will be included in a database owned by Deportienda in order to facilitate the processing of orders and to send future advertising about products and services that may be of interest. You can exercise your rights to access, modify and delete the data in the database under the terms of Spanish law, "Ley Orgánica 15/1999 de 13 de diciembre, de Protección de Datos de Carácter Personal", even directly from the menu "My Account".
The final decision to acquire the contents of the "Shopping Basket" with the listed items and after entering the credit card details in the Virtual POS of Abanca or PayPal lies on clicking on "Pay", and if all data is correct, it implies acceptance of it and the subsequent automatic charge to proceed with the shipment.
YOUR ORDER IS A CONTRACT
According to Spanish law "Ley Ministerial de comercio electrónico 34/2002" any purchase via Internet must be accepted, and must be performed by adults. If you are not 18, your parents are responsible for the order. If it is rejected or returned, Deportienda will contact you or your legal guardians to settle the amount of the order plus the return postage, courier custodian and administration costs. Make sure you are asking for what you want; if you have any questions send an email or call before ordering, because once the order is placed, you will have to accept it.
Deportienda reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case there is some kind of typo, error outside our responsibility or there is bad faith by the customer. Should we cancel a contract we will notify you by email and we will refund the owed amount to your account as soon as possible always within 30 days from the date of your order. We are not obliged to offer any additional compensation for the inconvenience.
PRODUCT IMAGES
Not being contractual, images that illustrate the products presented may not, under any circumstances, lead to a commitment by Deportienda. All our products come with their description and technical sheets.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
The parties, expressly waiver their own jurisdiction, and accept that this document is governed and construed by Spanish Law. In the event of a dispute, it is agreed that the Spanish courts (Juzgados y Tribuanles de A Coruña) will have exclusive jurisdiction.
