All purchases must be carried out through our website: www.deportienda.es. Orders made by email or other means will not be accepted.

Purchasing in www.deportienda.es is simple. Simply browse the different categories of our catalogue and select the products you want by pressing the "add to basket" button. Otherwise you will have to register as a user with your personal information including the delivery address and billing address if these differ, then confirm the purchase by entering directly into ABANCA's Virtual POS site or your PayPal account filling in your card details, which will be charged at that moment.

Deportienda guarantees the complete absence of all data related to your credit card on our servers at all times. The cards our system accepts are Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Maestro as well as payment through the PayPal system.

Once the order is completed, the system will indicate the total purchase amount, including tax and shipping charges. VAT invoices will be subject to purchases made with an EU shipping address (except Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla). Shipments to countries outside the EU are billed without VAT and the operation is considered an export.

Once you notice that the item is faulty, you must notify us at deportienda@deportienda.es with the following information: your order number, and a detailed description of the state of the item and the packaging in which the courier delivered it.

Do not return any faulty item without contacting us first so that we can inform you on how to proceed.

If you are not 18, your parents are responsible for the order. Make sure you are asking for what you want; if you have any questions send an email or call before ordering, because once the order is placed, you will have to accept it.

Should we cancel a contract we will notify you by email and we will refund the owed amount to your account as soon as possible always within 30 days from the date of your order. We are not obliged to offer any additional compensation for the inconvenience.
