- Select a product and add the item to your cart. Then you can choose to continue shopping or proceed to checkout.
- If you wish to place your order, you have the option to do so by registering or, if you are already a customer, by directly accessing your account.
- Choose the delivery address for the order.
- Select a payment method: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, or Paypal.
- Confirm the order.
- You will receive an email confirming your order.

How do I return an item?
Returns of items are accepted (except personalized items and underwear) within 30 days from the date of receipt, provided that the product has not been opened, tampered with, or unsealed. A full refund of the price you paid for the item will be made using the same payment method used. Please include the delivery note with your order to identify the product.
*Please note that for hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned*.
In this case, the return and any associated return costs will be borne by the customer.

What is the shipping process?
Shipments will be made both within Spain and outside Spain via a courier company (MRW) nationally (€5.95) and DHL internationally depending on the destination. They are free for orders over €99 nationally. The order placed by the user will be delivered to its destination within 5 business days for peninsular destinations (except during high demand periods such as Christmas or summer with the launch of new products) and 14 calendar days for other destinations from the payment of the purchase. Please note that personalized products will take longer to process.
Any order from outside the European Union may incur customs charges in the destination country, which will be borne by the customer.

Orders are delivered by courier within 2-3 business days (except for Christmas holidays or special situations), provided the product is available and delivery is within the peninsula (Spain) or the Balearic Islands within 3 to 5 business days.
If the delivery is to another destination, it will vary depending on the area.

Deportienda.es only sells items in perfect condition, so if, exceptionally, you receive a product with a defect, please contact us via the online form or directly at deportienda@deportienda.es. Please do not return anything without contacting us first.
