How to buy on www.deportienda.es?

It's very simple, just follow these steps:

  1. Browse through our catalogue's different categories.

  2. Look at the product you are interested in. You can zoom in the picture by clicking on it, to see detail, material, dimensions, available sizes and price.

  3. Select a product and add the item to the basket. You can then choose to continue shopping or to process order.

  4. If you want to process your order you have the option to do so by creating an account or, if you already are a customer, going directly to your account.

  5. Choose the delivery address of the order.

  6. Select a payment method: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro or Paypal.

  7. Confirm your order.

  8. You will receive an email confirming your order.

What form of payment can I use to make my purchase?

The cards the system accepts are: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Maestro, as well as payment via PayPal.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are delivered by courier within 2-3 working days (excluding Christmas holidays or special situations), provided that the product is available and delivery is made within the peninsula (Spain). For Baleares delivery takes 3 to 5 working days.

What should I do if my order does not arrive?

You may request information on your shipping status by sending an email to deportienda@deportienda.es, via the contact form on the website, or giving us a call at
+34 981 149 400.

What should I do if I receive a faulty item?

Deportienda.es only sells items in perfect condition. If however, you were to receive a faulty product, contact us via the contact form or send an email directly to deportienda@deportienda.es. Please do not return any items without contacting us first.

Can I exchange my items?

You may exchange your product for another size or item within 14 days of receipt provided we have available stock. Please note that the item must not be opened or worn, and must be returned in its original packaging. In this case, you must pay for all the shipping costs.

Are the prices of the online store and physical stores the same?

Yes, Deportienda uses the same prices for both physical stores (Riazor Stadium and Marineda City) and your online store www.deportienda.es

Do I have a discount for being a Club Member and / or Shareholder?

Yes, the discount for being a Club Member or Shareholder is 5%. If you are both (Member and Shareholder), you have a 10% discount.
